The thrust of the Williams  headjoint design is to create a style which allows the player the ease of articulation and projection exemplified by the best of the Cooper-related designs, while eliminating the "buzz" which has become closely associated with that design.

Mr. Williams considers the tone production to be rather too directed on many modern headjoints, and so has designed his headjoint specifically to allow the broadest possible palette of tonal color throughout the entire dynamic range. The key element of this design is the utilization of reinforced resonance as the core ingredient of projection and increased dynamic capability.

Audition The Williams Headjoint

Our policy is to ship headjoints on approval for a period of one week. It is our intention to give the player ample time to determine whether this style of headjoint is suitable for his or her playing needs, and provide the opportunity to evaluate our headjoint design under a number of varied and familiar acoustic environments.

Under normal circumstances, we require payment in full before a headjoint is shipped (fully refundable upon the return of the headjoint in undamaged condition). For your convenience, we accept any major credit card as full or partial payment.
